3. Teacher Observations



3.1 Their Planning for Teaching
Before teaching, my teacher makes a lesson plan, and prepares the materials and media to support his lesson plan.
3.2 Their Preparing Lessons and Materials 
Teacher will choose a theme lesson that is in accordance with the curriculum then the teacher will make a division plan including the methods that will be used when teaching and choosing the learning media that will be used. If the teacher want to teach with video then he will prepare the video a day before he will teach.
 3.3 Their Teaching in Class
Before the lesson began, the students gave greeting to the teacher. After that the teacher will greet the students back and please the students to sit down. The teacher will check the attendance of the students as well as the teacher will carry out warm-up activities such as asking students about the condition and readiness of students in learning. Teacher explained the key concept of the topic, gave an example, explain about the lesson, make conclution, showed up some questions, mentioned student’s number randomly to answer the question, and gave assignment to students. Sometimes when student start being noisy teacher give the student activities such as play game to make student fell happy and focus during the lessons.
3.4 Their Meansurement and Evaluation
The measurement and evaluation system of the students can be through, quiz, middle term and final term examination. The teacher will ask the students one by one to evaluate learning. Then, the teacher would grade the students based on their answers. Then the evaluation result will be report to the parents.
3.5 Your Overall Impression to the Teacher Performances.
I realized that the preparation made by the teacher greatly influenced the success of learning. And then Teacher also makes a connection with the learners. He is very good in thinking of strategies in teaching a concept and making sure the learners master the concept. The learners feel very excited and happy. he can get the attention of the students everytime they are noisy.
